Girls Recreational Gymnastics
GIRLS RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Ages 5 & up
Rec gymnastics classes are a great way to enjoy the wonderful sport of gymnastics. The focus of these classes will be on the four Olympic events: Floor, Vault, Beam, and Bars. They will also have the opportunity to work on the trampoline, tumble trak, mini-trampolines, various tumbling aides, rope, and the rock wall. Safety, proper stretching techniques and conditioning will also be included in each class.
